Job Summary
Owns end-to-end new-business operations: from initial inbound triage and proposal shaping to tactical RFP project management, plus cross-functional coordination for growth marketing, case studies, PR support, and process improvements that accelerate agency growth.
- Growth & BD workflow ownership: triage inquiries, draft proposals, coordinate major RFPs, and manage outreach logistics.
- Operational excellence: maintain conference schedules, CRM hygiene, content calendars, and case-study coordination.
- Narrative-driven storytelling: select past work to align briefs with client needs and drive winning pitches.
