Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own attribution and tracking end to end. Ensure events, conversions, and SDK integrations are correctly configured across AppsFlyer, Firebase, and the ad platforms, so reporting reflects reality and every team can trust the numbers.
  • Maintain and audit the measurement stack. Catch discrepancies, debug event and postback issues, and keep attribution windows, conversion mapping, and SKAdNetwork configurations accurate and current.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across major platforms (such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat) to drive app downloads and engagement.
  • Build and run lifecycle and winback programs, using CRM and messaging tools to re-engage lapsed listeners and improve retention.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting and dashboards, looking beyond installs to retention, engagement, and downstream value across channels.
  • Manage budget allocation, shifting spend toward the channels and tactics delivering the best return given limited dollars.
  • Contribute to creative and messaging. Write and iterate on copy that persuades the right users to download and stay engaged.
  • Research and test new channels, tools, and tactics, bringing fresh ideas across both acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor campaigns and programs regularly, catching delivery or tracking issues early, and sharing results and recommendations with the team.
