Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Amazon PPC program to maximize ROAS by aligning campaigns with sales, inventory, and pricing signals, while building scalable processes and automation.

  • Campaign Optimization: Manage Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display to drive profitable growth and reduce waste.
  • Performance & Analytics: Analyze large datasets to uncover opportunities, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable guidance.
  • Operations & Scale: Develop SOPs, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with creative/content teams to amplify impact.

Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end management of Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Analyze large-scale Amazon PPC and sales data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and wasted ad spend
  • Define and execute tactical strategies to improve ROAS, reduce inefficiencies, and scale profitable growth
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and keyword strategies to meet KPIs
  • Connect PPC performance with retail sales, inventory levels, pricing, margins, conversion rates, and ranking performance
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing optimization
  • Build clear reporting dashboards and actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, creative, and content teams to support growth initiatives and improve ad performance
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign execution, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Identify and implement automation and scaling opportunities
  • Quickly adapt to new systems, reporting structures, and internal workflows
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven ROI impact
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions
  • Deep understanding of TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, ranking strategy, keyword optimization, profitability, and Amazon growth mechanics
  • Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, including working with large datasets and pivot tables
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads Manager, Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and Amazon ad types
  • Familiarity with third-party PPC tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Amazon Ads certification is a strong plus
  • Highly analytical and performance-driven
