Role Description This is a 100% remote contract role for a Mid-Level Cyber Security Professional specializing in marketing-related projects. Responsibilities include managing and implementing application security measures, monitoring and protecting cybersecurity systems, assessing and improving network security, and adhering to information security best practices. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, address vulnerabilities, and develop robust strategies to secure sensitive data. Qualifications Proficiency in Application Security and the ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks and practices, including threat identification and response. Skills in Network Security, including monitoring, analysis, and ensuring secure communications. Expertise in Information Security, with a focus on policy implementation and compliance. Understanding of Cyber risk management and the ability to advise teams on mitigation strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) are a plus. Experience in marketing or media-related cybersecurity challenges is advantageous.
