Job Summary

Own front desk operations and membership sales while driving retention through relationship-based service and proactive follow-ups.

  • Front-of-house ownership: greet, qualify, schedule, and manage member onboarding with CRM integration.
  • Membership growth: convert leads to members and support renewals to hit monthly revenue targets.
  • Member experience: build high energy, empathetic service, and ongoing satisfaction to boost retention.

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to all new leads through phone, text, email, and CRM.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand each athlete's goals.
  • Explain D1 Training programs, memberships, and personal training options.
  • Schedule assessments, trial workouts and facility tours.
  • Consistently convert prospects into members through relationship-based selling.
  • Follow up on all prospective members until a decision is made.
  • Help achieve monthly membership and revenue goals.
  • Welcome every athlete and family with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Create a positive, high-energy environment from the moment members walk through the door.
  • Answer questions regarding memberships, scheduling, billing and programming.
  • 1+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness industry experience.
  • Experience with membership sales or consultative selling.
  • Marketing or event planning experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with youth athletes or sports organizations is preferred.
  • Willingness to work evenings and every other Saturday.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms.
  • Passion for fitness, sports, or youth development.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional personality.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the sale.
  • Marketing or event planning experience is a plus
  • Experience working with youth athletes or sports organizations is preferred
