Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of client campaigns, ensuring seamless media planning and implementation.
  • you'll leverage technical expertise and media knowledge to train junior team members, collaborate with senior leaders on strategy, and contribute to agency growth initiatives, positioning yourself for greater leadership opportunities within the agency.
  • A Day in the Life: Oversee planning output and support strategic planning using data-driven approaches.
  • A Day in the Life: Provide industry insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality output.
  • A Day in the Life: Develop and deliver clear, compelling client presentations and communications, representing company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred), with 4+ years of related media work experience, including 1+ year in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media applications (MediaTools, KANTAR, Prisma).
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing junior staff and leading client presentations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to adapt style to relevant audiences and convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
