Job Summary

Own end-to-end sales enablement for Kargo, from RFP responses and collateral maintenance to strategic learning agendas and outbound materials, ensuring on-brand, data-driven narratives that drive advertiser engagement.

  • Lead RFP responses and maintain collateral library
  • Create research-backed learning agendas and compelling sales narratives
  • Develop outbound materials and unique ideas aligned with advertiser goals

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build RFP responses that are consistently strong, on-brand, and on-time—reflecting a clear understanding of the advertiser's objectives and requiring minimal rework before going external
  • Keep the sales collateral library current and actively used, ensuring pitch decks, one-pagers, and product materials reflect Kargo's latest offerings
  • Design research-backed learning agendas—measurement and testing plans—for top-tier clients, positioning Kargo as a thought partner rather than a vendor
  • Translate product knowledge into clear, accurate, and compelling sales narratives that front-line teams can use confidently with advertisers
  • Proactively develop outbound-ready materials—trend reports, category insights, creative hooks—that give sales new conversation starters without being asked
  • Approach each brief with original ideas that connect advertiser goals to Kargo's capabilities in unexpected and compelling ways
  • Produce accurate, polished, on-brand work across multiple projects with tight deadlines, catching errors before anything goes external

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field, including internship experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides skills, with the ability to independently build polished, strategic, visually compelling presentations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, revenue reporting, and performance tracking
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives that connect data to advertiser objectives and translate complex product functionality into language that's simple, credible, and easy to act on
  • Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including online advertising fundamentals and emerging media trends
  • A proactive, big-picture mindset—identifying opportunities to create or improve materials without waiting for direction
  • In accordance with applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation — either the Kargo Sales Incentive Plan (sales roles) or an annual discretionary bonus (all other roles).

Preferred

  • Preferred: familiarity with third-party research vendors and experience supporting a sales or client-facing team in a fast-paced media or ad tech environment
