Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of media plans aligned to client objectives and Consumer Experience strategy, partnering with buyers to bring them to life.
- Build POVs, projections, and scenario analyses to guide investment decisions
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage multiple budgets and projects across numerous documents and tools with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare performance and recommendation decks; present your strategy with confidence and sound logic to clients.
- Partner with Media Buying, Consumer Experience, Account Management, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Planning across both digital (paid social, programmatic, search, online video) and traditional media (broadcast, print, out-of-home), with an understanding of how channels work together within a full-funnel strategy.
- Maintain organized documentation, reports, and flowcharts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of media planning or performance marketing experience
- Experience analyzing data and generating actionable insights for business and plan optimizations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Based in St. Louis or Chicago. We are not accepting remote applicants at this time

- Is proficient in Microsoft Suite (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets, presentations)
