Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate media production projects, including filming, editing, and posting roofing and construction projects on our social media platforms (5-7 a week)
• Develop high-quality visual content such as graphics, videos, and door knocker designs to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Keep all Social Media accounts and the website updated with posts
• Support the maintenance of media archives and ensure all assets are organized for easy access during ongoing projects
• Meet on a weekly/biweekly basis with the owner to give suggestions and analytical information

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, photography, or media production with a strong portfolio demonstrating work in filming, editing, or post-production processes
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or an equivalent for graphic design and video editing software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward teamwork in fast-paced environments

Preferred

• Some college experience in marketing is heavily preferred
