Responsibilities

• Coordinate copy, creative, links, lists, landing information, and approvals before scheduled publication or launch.
• Maintain campaign calendars, version histories, UTMs or tracking details, and records of what actually went live.
• Monitor agreed performance indicators and summarize results without presenting correlation as proven causation.
• Capture feedback, open questions, and lessons that should inform the next campaign or content cycle.
• Turn an approved objective into a clear task plan covering audience, message, channel, asset, owner, and deadline.

Requirements

• The role uses approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and remote collaboration tools.
• Reliable internet access.
• Secure handling of company or customer information.
• 100% remote within the United States.
