Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMax), and TikTok
• Build and manage audiences — retargeting, lookalikes, interest/behavioral targeting
• Monitor daily spend and adjust bids to hit performance targets within budget
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences to continuously improve results
• Support GA4 tracking and GTM tag management
• Assist with Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) setup and maintenance
• Help manage Google Merchant Center feeds and Shopping campaign performance
• Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear takeaways and next steps

Requirements

• 2–4 years of paid media experience across Meta and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, and/or PMax)
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Analytical mindset — comfortable using performance data to make optimization calls
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Clear, professional written communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Pixel experience
• Google Merchant Center and product feed management
• WooCommerce or Ecommerce platform experience
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
