Job Summary

Owns pursuit strategy, bid delivery, and win-rate improvements across complex proposals with CRM-enabled pipeline reporting and cross-functional coordination with writers, designers, and technical teams.

  • Lead and coordinate bid processes from strategy through client submission to maximize win probability.
  • Align writers, editors, designers, and subject-matter experts to sharpen messaging and proposal quality.
  • Provide insight on pipeline priorities, bid risk, and resourcing to inform go/no-go decisions and annual planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to bring global experience to local clients through all pursuit stages.
  • Advise on pursuit strategy, resourcing, and bid prioritization for efficiency and win probability.
  • Lead and manage proposal processes with accountability for coordination, compliance, and quality.
  • Guide development with technical teams and contributors to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Align contributors to strengthen win strategy, messaging, and proposal quality.
  • Contribute to business development and go/no-go decisions based on pipeline, risk, and resourcing.
  • Use reviews and scalable processes to support bid delivery goals.
  • Identify improvements to bidding processes, tools, and practices to drive efficiency and win rates.
  • Capture win nuggets to share insights and promote new project wins.
  • Ensure accurate CRM and bid system usage for pipeline reporting and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or relevant field.
  • 7 years’ experience in pursuits and bids in the AEC industry or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience managing pursuits and bids.
  • Experience with prepositioning and bidding lifecycle at local office geography or region scale.
  • Knowledge of current AEC bidding trends and procurement methods.
  • Experience working with technical staff and marketing teams to ensure process adherence and document quality.
  • Conducting and tracking activities related to project pursuits in CRM pipeline tools.
  • Valuable team member who upholds culture and core values of the firm.

Nice to have

  • Certification with CPSM or APMP desirable.
