Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling materials for digital and print — social graphics, presentations, brochures, event collateral, and web assets
  • Develop original design concepts from scratch and elevate the visual standard of every touchpoint
  • Own brand consistency across all platforms, brands, and materials
  • Produce polished, production-ready files and templates the team can rely on
  • Create and manage content across web, social media, and email campaigns
  • Support executive and internal communications with clear, on-brand copy
  • Monitor engagement, track performance, and translate metrics into recommendations
  • Own marketing projects from inception to final delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and quality control
  • Build executive- and investor-facing materials — presentations, one-pagers, and decks — with a sharp eye for narrative and polish
  • Plan and support events end to end, from materials and signage to logistics and on-site execution

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
  • Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Strong writing and content creation skills across social, web, and email
  • Experience managing projects, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders at once
  • A track record of owning both day-to-day production and higher-level strategy
  • Comfort with social media management, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
  • Real estate or financial services experience preferred

Preferred

  • Analytical — turns metrics into insight and knows what is working and why
  • Anticipatory — reads the business and moves before being asked
  • Articulate — clear, affirmative messaging across every channel
  • Collaborative — builds trust across departments and with leadership
  • Creative — fresh ideas and a sharp eye for what makes work stand out
  • Driven — brings urgency and follows through under tight timelines
  • Meticulous — precise and detail-obsessed, accountable for quality
  • Poised — a credible, polished presence with employees and leadership
  • Resourceful — self-directed, turning ambiguity into finished work
