Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own production and management of marketing deliverables across services to illustrate value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Produce marketing collateral from concept to delivery with quality control against established standards.
  • Lead production and assembly of communication materials for sales pursuits, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Business Development to review content for coherence, completeness, compliance, and consistency.
  • Lead development and execution of social media strategies.
  • Develop and drive public relations initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and market position.
  • Develop internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned across offices and projects.
  • Manage award submittal process.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events that support business development and brand visibility.
  • Travel to regional offices and active jobsites as needed to support marketing and pursuit efforts.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and 4–6 years of related experience.
  • Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or B2B professional services industry experience.
  • Proactive, curious, and able to tackle new projects and contribute ideas.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and industry business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and team-building abilities.
  • Expertise in brand management with the ability to lead brand strategy, governance, and visual standards; strong typography and layout skills.
  • Research and technical writing skills with proofreading and content translation ability.
  • Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) response experience.
  • Able to absorb information quickly in deadline-driven and team environments.
  • Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple projects; travel required.
