Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating marketing (US Trade shows and sales meetings) and community events (for all US sites to support the purpose)
  • Oversee logistics, manage registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Manage global product launch process - coordinating BU’s to create and finalize handouts, hot sheets, PPTs, videos, and product catalog updates
  • Support internal Communications Team, as well as Marcom needs of EMEA, India and China, create the annual holiday card, and support Global business card processing
  • Coordinate newsletters (monthly) - with support from content strategist
  • Collaborate with employees to conduct interviews for Q&A insights posts and determine product roundup insights posts
  • Brainstorm content ideas and help draft social media content from insights posts & ROR blogs, submit to the content strategist

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, IC) to understand branding needs and deliver consistent messaging.
  • Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading to produce clear, compelling content that aligns with brand tone and voice.
  • Ability to collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to create promotional content that supports campaigns and product launches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Hands-on experience supporting tradeshows, including registration, booth coordination, design, logistics, and vendor communication.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their role in driving company visibility.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and marketing analytics, with the ability to support campaign tracking and growth goals.
  • Proficiency with project management tools to coordinate tasks and keep projects moving forward on schedule.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to make updates and communicate design needs
