Job Summary

Own partner marketing workflows end-to-end by collaborating with the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing Teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns while maintaining consistent messaging and nurturing partner relationships.

  • Ensure reusable collateral and efficient processes through collaboration and AI-enabled improvements

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and development of all partner marketing plans, partnering with the Business Development, Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Partner with North American Marketing team to maintain proper messaging across all initiatives providing direction and executing timely proofreading of all material.
  • Responsible for data entry tasks for certain partners- submission of itineraries, travel deals, etc.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with partner marketing contacts.
  • Track marketing spend per partner; track monthly tactics per partner.
  • Assist with creation and management of yearly budget
  • Coordinate marketing day to day requests – image, video, b-roll, copy sourcing
  • Collaborate on marketing projects where needed in both B2B and D2C Channels.
  • Support the team to gather useful collateral that can be reused for similar tactics
  • Act as scribe in meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher required
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment determining project validity and priority
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Embraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes, elevate content, and drive efficiency across the organization
  • High level of professionalism and business acumen (ability to communicate at highest levels of partnership) with a passion for customer service and client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Available to travel to conferences, partner meetings and Collette HQ in RI as needed
  • Travel industry experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
