Job Description

Responsibilities

Implement all digital and print advertisement campaigns.
Maintain online presence including managing our website, social media, SEO and reputation.
Property listing management for all brokers.
Create landing pages and track analytics.
Create materials for brokers, which include packages, flyers, presentations, email blasts and direct mail materials.
Keep constant brand guidelines with all marketing.
Work with all employees to create any requested materials.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent.
Exceptional communication & writing skills.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications with strong understanding of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Premiere Pro & After Effects is a plus!
Proficiency with Microsoft office programs with emphasis on Power Point, Excel and Word.
Background directing social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Substantial grasp of WordPress with basic HTML & CSS skills.
Basic photography and videography knowledge desired.
Ability to work in an extremely collaborative environment with daily deadlines a must!
