Own and coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts to grow local brand presence and drive customer acquisition, retention, and community engagement.

Social and content ownership across core platforms, with coordinated production and campaigns
Partnerships, events, and community activations that connect the brand with neighborhoods and partners
Performance analysis and optimization of ads, campaigns, and promotional programs

Manage Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Google Business Profile, and other social media channels
Create and coordinate photo, video, and content production
Develop monthly marketing campaigns and promotional calendars
Collaborate with influencers, media partners, universities, and local organizations
Plan and execute in-store events and community activations
Monitor and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads performance
Analyze marketing performance and sales data
Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention
Support brand partnerships and business development initiatives

Experience in marketing, branding, social media, or content creation
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing trends
Photography, video editing, or graphic design experience is a plus
Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
