Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the retail advocacy strategy for third party retail partners and manage training and advocacy program delivery.
  • Collaborate deeply with sales and operations colleagues to prioritize and deliver the most impactful programs and tactics.
  • Increase reach and engagement with our learning programs, communications initiatives and training platform.
  • Unearth opportunities to pilot and innovate, aiming to scale winning pilots globally.
  • Support the Global Advocacy manager by creating and executing a 3-day campus visit event for sales partners.
  • Manage event logistics with various client teams to provide producing agencies with all needed information, content and equipment.
  • Manage the programming calendar across multiple executions, ensuring deadlines and resources are in order. Manage the agency and client stakeholders when their input is needed.
  • Create a cadence of reporting to capture key metrics and craft compelling presentations for client stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for writing compelling communications for stakeholders, guests of digital and physical events, as well as digital platforms.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
  • 5-7 years of retail marketing, store planning, channel marketing or relevant client-facing experience in an agency or in-house corporate sales and marketing department.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance team capabilities and drive performance.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop and Figma, for creating compelling visual assets that support marketing, training and communication objectives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail marketing, such as channel marketing, merchandising, in-store advocacy and so on. An understanding of how these fit together to provide the best brand experience for a shopper within a specific retail environment.
  • Highly organized, strong project management capabilities, excellent communication, and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and relationship building/management with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience working with global and regional teams.
  • Success managing integrated communications and account/client relationship management.
  • Knowledge and / or previous experience managing agencies.

Preferred

  • Experience managing experiential marketing for large companies and agencies is a plus.
