Job Summary

Own integrated campaigns and cross-team collaboration to accelerate adoption of energy efficiency solutions, translating complex technical concepts into engaging, channel-spanning content and assets.

  • Campaign execution: plan, create content, and coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver large-scale paid media and customer success stories.
  • Cross-functional storytelling: partner with digital, PR, creative, and service teams to generate fresh ideas and compelling narratives.
  • Industry leadership: translate energy-efficiency trends into accessible content across multiple channels for diverse audiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own campaign execution – From planning and content development to managing external agencies and internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless, high-impact marketing campaigns that range from large-scale paid media to individual customer success stories.
  • Drive results – Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable success.
  • Collaborate & innovate – Work closely with digital, PR, creative, and customer service teams to bring fresh ideas and strategies to life.
  • Build strong partnerships – Foster and manage relationships with trade allies to promote energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Be a subject matter expert and an excellent communicator – Stay ahead of industry trends and translate technical information into engaging content for diverse audiences, shared through a wide variety of channels (sell sheets, emails, webpage copy, and more!).
  • Make an impact – Travel occasionally (about 10%) to see firsthand the difference your work is making in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or relevant degree
  • Minimum of three years of product marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Enthusiastic and eager team player willing to jump in and assist colleagues as needed
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to successfully engage, influence, and inspire partners

Preferred

  • Experience in the sustainability, clean energy and/or energy efficiency industry preferred
  • Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
