Drive social content creation and video production for a local home-improvement brand to generate leads and showcase projects across platforms.

Own filming, editing, and scheduling short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
Must-have: CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite with Meta Business Suite proficiency
Standout: Cross-platform production with a lead-gen focus

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging photo and video content for social media
Film and edit short-form videos and reels
Manage and schedule content across: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube
Develop content strategies focused on generating leads and increasing brand awareness
Showcase completed projects, behind-the-scenes fabrication, installations, and customer transformations
Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and viral content formats
Assist with Meta Ads and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with ownership on marketing ideas and promotions
Monitor analytics and improve performance based on engagement and lead generation

Requirements

Experience with CapCut
Canva
Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
Meta Business Suite
TikTok & Instagram Reels
Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
Comfortable working in both office and jobsite environments
Knowledge of home improvement, construction, or outdoor living industries is a plus
