Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Growth & Management
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates and referral partners
  • Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management
  • Develop promotional campaigns and partner toolkits
  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize for conversions
  • Identify and scale high-performing partners
  • Community Development & Engagement
  • Build and manage branded online communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, Reddit, Discord)
  • Plan and execute engagement campaigns, challenges, webinars, and launches
  • Develop and manage a community content calendar

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, community management, or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ROI
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Experience working with affiliate platforms preferred (e.g., Impact, Awin, CJ Affiliates)
