Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and support marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, trade show, and customer-facing channels.
• Develop marketing communications, including e-campaigns, press releases, newsletters, brochures, presentations, research papers, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain marketing content across online libraries, digital asset management tools, websites, and social media platforms.
• Support Bell’s social media presence by developing content, monitoring engagement, responding to feedback, and tracking performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and opportunities for creative marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and external vendors to support brand awareness, customer presentations, product promotion, events, and trade shows.
• Assist with marketing data analysis, KPI reporting, and campaign performance tracking to help guide future marketing strategies.
• Travel is as needed to support customer presentations, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Instagram to support brand awareness and engagement.
• Experience with marketing analytics, digital marketing tools, content development, and campaign reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
• Website development and search engine optimization experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
