Responsibilities

• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO/AEO, email, and paid media.
• Conduct market and competitive research.
• Build and deploy campaigns.
• Manage client communications.
• Support sales motions with content and outreach.
• Analyze performance to refine what works.
• Work directly with the founder and senior strategists on real client accounts from week one.
• No shadowing for six months.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders professionally.
• Working knowledge of market research, marketing strategy fundamentals, and campaign design.
• Experience creating and managing social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment, problem-solve creatively, and adapt quickly.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and core digital marketing platforms.
• Curiosity and willingness to push the edge of what these tools can do.
