Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, organize, research, and prepare submittals and presentations.
Prepare marketing materials with corporate image and company guidelines
Responsible for web, intranet, and social media updates.
Assures that the company’s project and resume information are accurate and updated for responding to teaming requests and RFQs/RFPs.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years in marketing and/or communications.
Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or marketing with excellent proofing abilities.
Experience or knowledge with InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

Experience with proposal and graphic design is a plus.
An understanding of the AEC industry is preferred.
