Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create grading criteria for creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand strategies, messaging frameworks, advertisements, scripts, presentations, and integrated marketing plans
  • Evaluate AI-generated and human-created marketing work
  • Score deliverables for strategic thinking, creativity, clarity, brand alignment, customer relevance, and business impact
  • Write clear, evidence-based explanations for every score
  • Review feedback from senior evaluators and refine your assessments
  • Apply consistent standards across different marketing tasks and campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, branding, communications, or creative strategy
  • Strong experience evaluating marketing concepts and creative work
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to explain professional judgment clearly
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, messaging, and creative briefs
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable receiving reviewer feedback
  • Experience at a creative agency, advertising agency, brand consultancy, or consumer company is preferred

Preferred

  • Experience as a creative director, account lead, brand strategist, strategy director, or senior brand marketer
  • Experience working with major consumer brands or global advertising campaigns
  • Prior work involving AI evaluation, content review, data annotation, quality assurance, or rubric development
  • Experience reviewing agency pitches, creative presentations, campaign concepts, or client-ready deliverables
