Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the restaurant's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/RED, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging photos, videos, and short-form content.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Design flyers, posters, menus, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with influencers and local content creators.
  • Respond to social media messages and engage with the online community.
  • Monitor Google Reviews and help maintain the restaurant's online reputation.
  • Analyze marketing performance and recommend new ideas.
  • Stay up to date with food trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Basic photography and video editing skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is required

Preferred

  • Restaurant or food industry experience
  • Graphic design background
  • Experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads, or RED Ads
  • Experience working with influencers
  • Copywriting and content planning skills
