Job Summary

Own Manga Spot\'s brand presence and event marketing across in-store and online, coordinate exhibitions and social channels, and translate performance data into action for cross-brand growth.

  • Brand Identity & Events: own brand alignment and event-driven campaigns across channels.
  • Social & Listings Management: oversee social channels and Google/Yelp listings with cohesive messaging.
  • Performance Analytics: turn trends into actionable improvements across brands.

Job Description

  • Brand Identity & Events: Help establish and implement Manga Spot brand identity both in-store and online.
  • Events & Campaigns: Develop, guide, and implement in-person and digital events and campaigns that support Manga Spot’s brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Promotions & Launch Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Social & Listings Management: Manage and monitor all social media channels to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with store management to maximize engagement while ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Performance Insights: Analyze performance trends and deliver insights that enhance marketing effectiveness across brands.
  • Listings Oversight: Oversee Google Business Manager and related listings (Google, Yelp, etc.).
  • Marketing Ops & Admin: Oversee administrative, organizational, and operational tasks related to marketing and social media.
  • Exhibition Social Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing KWE’s social media presence for its hosted exhibition projects and affiliate presence at conventions and industry events.
  • General Marketing Tasks: Support general marketing tasks including asset organization, vendor communication, and administrative duties as needed.
  • Other Duties: Other related duties as assigned.
