Job Summary

Own the front end of the hotel lobby sales cycle, qualifying guests and booking 60 to 90 minute tours while promoting promotional vacation packages to Hilton Grand Vacations guests and members.

  • Front-end ownership: qualify leads, set appointments, and hand off to Sales Executives for the presentation.
  • Audience & channels: face-to-face guest contact with Hilton Honors members and resort guests in lobby areas, plus in-hotel promotion at the point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Shapes Strategy
  • Work scheduled shifts and maintain or exceed individual performance goals.
  • Responsible for face-to-face guest contact and lead generation by actively building great relationships with Hilton Honors Rewards members, Hilton Grand Vacation’s resort guests, and Club members in the lobbies of Hilton Grand Vacations resorts & hotels.
  • Speak to and schedule guests and owners to come into our sales gallery for a 60 or 90-minute, one-on-one presentation of our Hilton Grand Club vacation ownership offerings.
  • Take ownership of the front-end of the sales cycle by approaching guests, qualifying leads, using our marketing gifts and incentives to assist you in setting appointments, and finally, booking guest appointments.
  • Once these appointments are made, the guests are handed off to our Sales Executives who will then lead the presentation.
  • Additionally, you will also sell our promotional vacation packages to the hotel guests as well.
  • Work with In House team to create and coordinate on-going training
  • Work with In-House Marketing Team to ensure a production-based shift allocation.
  • Implement and maintain tools used to enhance productivity for marketing coordinators.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are maintained and upheld by all of the team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Marketing Experience
  • Positive and go getter attitude
  • Ability to cover shifts for absent team members including interacting with guests and booking tours

  • Bachelor\'s Degree
