Job Summary

Drive in-store customer engagement and education, turning shopper interest into sales while delivering top-tier service and acting as the frontline contact for support.

  • In-Store Engagement: Build shopper relationships and capture leads on the sales floor.
  • Product Education: Communicate current promotions and brand messaging to motivate purchases.
  • Service Excellence: Serve as the primary contact for questions and issue resolution, guiding customers to a positive outcome.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage face-to-face with potential customers in a retail environment
  • Educate consumers on current promotions and brand offerings
  • Represent our clients professionally through in-store marketing campaigns
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clientele
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer questions and support
  • Generate leads and convert interest into sales

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to different customer needs

Preferred
