Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, live events, promotional activations, and community outreach
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and represent brands and nonprofit partners professionally
• Assist with event setup, execution, and on-site coordination
• Learn customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign messaging
• Work with team members to meet event goals and create positive attendee experiences
• Share customer and event feedback to help improve future campaigns

Requirements

• No prior marketing experience is required
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable meeting new people
• Strong communicators with positive attitudes
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event and promotional environments

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or promotions is a plus—but not required.
