Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain project tracking boards for all active marketing and creative projects
  • Monitor project status, deadlines, and deliverables, flagging delays or blockers as they arise
  • Serve as the primary communication point between creative team members and requesting stakeholders
  • Intake new project requests and ensure they are properly logged, assigned, and prioritized
  • Follow up with team members to confirm task status and keep projects moving on schedule
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date records of project timelines, ownership, and next steps
  • Facilitate check-ins and status updates between creatives and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned
  • Escalate scheduling conflicts or resourcing issues to leadership when needed
  • Ensure completed work is properly routed for review, approval, and final handoff
  • Continuously improve tracking processes and project board organization for clarity and efficiency

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • Experience managing project tracking boards and workflows (e.g., Asana, Monday.com , Trello, or similar)
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through habits
  • Experience with AI software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate between creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • Capable of working well with internal and external teams/partners
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
