Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creates and implements specific marketing programs and market launch plans, etc. and completes a range of general marketing operations (i.e. analyses, campaigns) for an assigned organizational unit or a related product portfolio
  • Lead development and execution of marketing strategies specific to interventional pulmonology technologies, with a focus on clinical adoption and market expansion
  • Translate clinical data, evidence, and competitive intelligence into compelling messaging, campaigns, and customer-facing programs
  • Support the creation of regional and national marketing plans that align with commercial objectives
  • Build and nurture relationships with KOLs in interventional pulmonology and thoracic oncology to enable peer-to-peer education, platform validation, and program development
  • Partner with clinical stakeholders to understand evolving practice patterns, procedure pathways, and unmet needs
  • Develop and manage high-impact educational programs, including webinars, panel discussions, peer exchanges, video content creation and clinical workshops
  • Lead strategic event planning for society meetings, customer roundtables, and specialized IP-focused engagements with and without headquarter attendance

Requirements

Preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, market development, or commercial strategy within interventional pulmonology
  • experience in lung cancer diagnostics, thoracic oncology, or minimally invasive surgical technologies
  • demonstrated success driving adoption of medical technologies through clinical and commercial collaboration
  • expertise in presenting clinical data and translating technical concepts into clear, strategic marketing outputs
  • proven track record developing KOL programs, educational initiatives, or market activation events in the pulmonary space
  • strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence diverse stakeholders, and navigate complex clinical environments
