You will use our analytics software (Dental Intel/Modento) to identify these patient segments. You will design and execute customized outreach strategies to re-engage them. _Success looks like:_ Turning a list of names into a full schedule of Invisalign consults. - The Bridge Between Data & Operations: We utilize top-tier external agencies for SEO, PPC, and Web Development. You will *not* replace them; you will maximize them. You will act as the liaison between the agency's data and our seven locations. You will collaborate with our Office Managers and Support Coordinators to marry "boots on the ground" insights with agency metrics. You will identify practice-specific needs (e.g., "The Attleboro location has gaps in hygiene next week") and deploy rapid marketing fixes. - Community Authority: You will be the face of our brand in the local community. You have the autonomy to identify and execute on sponsorship opportunities, local business partnerships, and events. If you spot a high-ROI opportunity on a Tuesday, we expect you to pitch it and execute it by Friday. We hate red tape.
