Job Summary

Own the SaaS marketing analytics stack end to end, turning dashboards, data flows, and KPI definitions into action for growth and pipeline optimization.

  • DOMO dashboards and automated alerts to surface MQL/SQL, CAC, LTV, and ROI across the funnel.
  • Funnel, pipeline, and attribution analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize spend across channels.
  • Data ops and workflow automation to shorten reporting cycles and keep data fresh for Marketing and Revenue Ops.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Performance Reporting — Own and execute reporting for core SaaS marketing and GTM KPIs including MQL/SQL volume, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, channel attribution, and campaign ROI. Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to troubleshoot data discrepancies and evolve reporting as business needs shift.
  • Business Intelligence & Dashboarding — Design, develop, and maintain marketing performance dashboards in DOMO, applying strong dashboarding principles (clear hierarchy, actionable metrics, appropriate drill-downs, minimal noise). Perform ad-hoc analyses to support Marketing and Revenue Operations teams. Translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive decision-making.
  • Funnel & Pipeline Analytics — Serve as the go-to analyst for marketing funnel and pipeline reporting — tracking stage-over-stage conversion, identifying bottlenecks, and surfacing insights that help the GTM team optimize spend and effort. Develop and maintain KPI definitions and measurement frameworks aligned to SaaS best practices.
  • Workflow Automation & Data Operations — Build and maintain automated data feeds, alerts, and notification workflows within DOMO. Streamline recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness. Support DOMO administration, staying current with platform releases and capabilities.

Requirements

  • DOMO — Strong hands-on experience with DOMO is required. You should be comfortable building dashboards, dataflows, and automated alerts — and have opinions about how to do it well.
  • SaaS Marketing Metrics — Solid working knowledge of key SaaS KPIs and marketing metrics: MQL, SQL, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, payback period, funnel velocity, and attribution modeling. You should be able to speak fluently about what these mean and why they matter.
  • Dashboarding Best Practices — You understand what makes a dashboard useful versus decorative. Experience applying design principles like progressive disclosure, consistent KPI framing, and audience-appropriate detail.

Preferred

  • HubSpot — Familiarity with HubSpot's marketing and CRM tools is a plus, particularly for understanding campaign data, lead workflows, and reporting integrations.
  • Salesforce — Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures is a plus for integration and funnel reporting, but not required.
  • SQL — Basic familiarity with SQL concepts is a plus. This role won\'t require query writing initially, but a foundational understanding will serve you well as you grow into more advanced analytics over time. (Think of it less as a job requirement and more as a career investment.)

Benefits

  • A dynamic, rapidly growing company, focused on helping organizations thrive
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (for full-time employees)
  • Competitive & Fair Pay
  • Maternity & paternity leave (for full-time employees)
  • Short & long-term disability
  • Opportunity to learn from a dedicated leadership team
  • Top-of-the-line company swag
