Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Workflow Management
• • Build and maintain scalable campaign operations frameworks to improve execution efficiency across global marketing teams.
• • Drive end-to-end campaign setup, timeline tracking, and performance reporting to ensure visibility across cross-functional teams.
• • Manage enterprise project management tools (e.g., Jira) and approval workflows to streamline daily marketing operations and campaign delivery.
• • Develop standardized GTM workflows, campaign checklists, and storefront operational guidelines to improve execution consistency.
• • Coordinate cross-functional timelines across brand, performance, and creative workstreams to keep product launch beats on track.
• Asset Trafficking & Vendor Coordination
• • Own marketing asset trafficking, localization routing, approval workflows, and delivery processes for creative assets (trailers, key art, digital banners).
• • Maintain centralized asset libraries, version control standards, and distribution governance across internal teams and external partners.
• • Coordinate asset intake from global creative teams and ensure timely distribution to external media and publishing partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing operations, campaign management, or project management experience within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
• Proven track record of managing multi-team campaign tracking frameworks and high-volume asset workflows.
• Hands-on proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) with experience setting up campaign workflows.
• Experience managing agency and vendor onboarding, contract administration, purchase orders, and invoice workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to establish standardized workflows, controls, and clear operating guidelines.
• Excellent business English communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with global publishing organizations or Asian game publishers.
• Korean language proficiency is a plus.
