Job Summary

Support startup operations and marketing across multiple initiatives, combining admin, project coordination, and growth tasks.

  • Own calendar and travel coordination across multiple initiatives to keep teams synchronized.
  • Assist with marketing support, social media planning, and basic content tasks.
  • Learn operations across startups with mentorship and exposure to multiple ventures.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, dinners, and reservations
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Help organize documents, systems, and workflows
  • Maintain task lists and follow-ups across projects
  • Track project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate tasks across different initiatives
  • Document processes and workflows
  • Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule
  • Assist with testing new software tools and features

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, admin, or project coordination
  • Experience with social media, content marketing, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Interest in startups, small business, or entrepreneurship

Preferred

  • Social media content creation
  • Basic design (Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Website tools (Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
  • Marketing analytics or reporting
  • CRM or marketing automation tools
