Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own social media strategy, content planning, filming, editing, and posting
- Create short-form and long-form video content for Instagram & YouTube
- Capture photography and video that’s ready to post
- Keep the website updated and current
- Design and execute print marketing (from design to mailing)
- Stay current on real estate market news, social media trends, and consumer behavior
- Manage digital ads and marketing campaigns
- Grow brand recognition in the local community
- Assist with planning and executing client events
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordination, follow-ups
Requirements
- College degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience (in real estate strongly preferred)
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Have a strong creative eye and understand how branding works
- Are comfortable managing social media accounts for a brand
- Know your way around Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva
- Have photo/video shooting and editing experience
- Adapt quickly and enjoy a fast-moving environment
- Are positive, resourceful, and not afraid to figure things out
- Have real estate experience (a plus, not required)
- A true team player willing to jump in wherever needed
Preferred
- Real estate experience is a plus
