Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Scale outbound execution by sourcing, validating, and injecting high-quality target accounts from ZoomInfo into our CRM ecosystem.
  • Optimize XDR performance by building high-visibility Salesforce reports that track key KPIs and drive daily operational excellence.
  • Master data governance by owning the end-to-end offboarding process, ensuring seamless reassignment of Leads and Accounts.
  • Drive CRM integrity by proactively identifying data inaccuracies and engineering scalable solutions alongside the Data Quality team.
  • Architect account distribution by tagging, segmenting, and assigning accounts to BDRs to ensure balanced territory coverage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with XDR leadership and Marketing Automation to refine processes that accelerate our global growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-centric role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Salesforce (CRM), specifically in managing complex lead queues, reporting, and account objects.
  • Proficiency with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) and a proven track record of managing large-scale data validation projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights for XDR and Marketing leadership.
  • Experience in process automation, showing an ability to identify manual bottlenecks and implement scalable workflow improvements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and global projects simultaneously.
