Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business operations and administrative activities.
• Organize company documents, reports, and operational processes.
• Maintain CRM records and business databases.
• Track projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare weekly reports and business updates.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Virtual Assistants.
• Coordinate training and onboarding.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Evaluate performance and provide ongoing support.
• Support marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, marketing, recruiting, business development, project coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must provide a personal laptop for daily work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
