Job Summary

Own the loan sales cycle end to end by combining dealer partnerships, loan partner relations, and field prospecting to hit targets, while ensuring underwriting readiness and strong customer service.

Sales & channel ownership: drive dealer/partner relationships and field outreach to generate loan opportunities.
Process & risk readiness: verify documents and streamline endorsement to credit investigation with consistent follow-up.
Operations & people: recruit and support Loan Consultants to scale coverage and service quality.

Job Description

Achieve sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, loan partners, and clients.
Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete before endorsement for credit investigation.
Monitor and follow up on the status of loan applications and supporting documents.
Recruit, source, and support potential Loan Consultants.
Ensure proper distribution and visibility of branch advertising and promotional materials.
Conduct fieldwork to generate leads and expand market reach.
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients throughout the loan application process.

Bachelor’s degree graduate or college undergraduate.
At least one (1) year of experience in vehicle sales (cars or trucks) or the financing industry is an advantage.
Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Willing to undergo training in Ortigas, Pasig for at least two (2) weeks.
Willing to perform fieldwork and travel as needed.
Can start immediately.
