Job Summary

Own the admin-to-marketing support layer that keeps cafe campaigns moving, with a focus on activation, collateral, and in-cafe communications.

Marketing Activation & Design: Support activation plans and collateral to enable in-cafe campaigns.
Operations & Coordination: Own calendars, travel, meetings, mail, and communications to keep the team aligned.
Staff & Student Engagement: Train staff, support student engagement, and gather feedback to improve experiences.

Responsibilities

Marketing Activation Support
Design & Collateral Development
Signage & In-Cafe Communication
Student Engagement & Feedback Support
Trains other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.
Answers telephones, directs calls, takes messages and runs errands.
Prepares meeting agendas, attends meetings and records/transcribes minutes.
Makes travel arrangements.
Completes work schedules, manages calendars and arranges appointments.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
