Responsibilities
- Market and promote the company to grow our brand and bring in new business
- Build relationships and represent us in the community
- Handle basic bookkeeping, A/P & A/R, and monthly reports
- Keep inventory and scheduling on track
Requirements
- Comfort with basic bookkeeping/accounting tasks (QuickBooks or similar experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills — able to context-switch between marketing work and spreadsheet work
- Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize across multiple businesses
- Clear, confident communicator — comfortable representing the company to the public and vendors alike
