Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company to grow our brand and bring in new business
• Build relationships and represent us in the community
• Handle basic bookkeeping, A/P & A/R, and monthly reports
• Keep inventory and scheduling on track

Requirements

• Comfort with basic bookkeeping/accounting tasks (QuickBooks or similar experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills — able to context-switch between marketing work and spreadsheet work
• Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize across multiple businesses
• Clear, confident communicator — comfortable representing the company to the public and vendors alike
