Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to support C3 AI’s business objectives, including demand generation, brand positioning, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and alliances) to create targeted campaigns, drive pipeline growth, and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, webinars, and public relations efforts.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI analyses to optimize campaign performance.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier business school is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and/or enterprise software industries is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
