- Lead the full proposal lifecycle—from tracking opportunities and leading go/no-go discussions to crafting winning strategies, content, and presentations. - Personally manage high-profile, strategic, or complex proposals. - Partner with technical and business development teams to develop pursuit strategies, capture plans, and client-focused messaging. - Develop and implement annual market sector marketing plans aligned with firmwide goals and growth strategies. - Facilitate pursuit and marketing strategy meetings, ensuring strong communication across offices and teams. - Oversee pipeline tracking, capture planning, and pursuit performance reporting. - Mentor and manage pursuit/marketing staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. - Collaborate with the corporate marketing and communications team and business development leadership to align and elevate marketing initiatives and campaigns. - Continuously improve pursuit and marketing processes, tools, and strategies to enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency.
