Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Manage website content using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring it is optimized for SEO tools and user experience.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to maximize reach and ROI.
Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop for graphic design purposes.
Manage social media advertising campaigns while maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and enhance patient engagement through targeted email campaigns.
Analyze campaign data regularly to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and optimize overall marketing performance.
Support website management tasks including HTML/CSS editing and troubleshooting technical issues related to web analytics or website functionality.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
Strong proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook Advertising and SEM channels.
Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL are preferred for website management and performance tracking purposes.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management is essential.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach efforts.
Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions aimed at improving campaign effectiveness.
