Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Inherit corporate strategy and annual business goals; organize the formulation of mid-to-long-term brand and marketing strategies, decomposing them into actionable annual and monthly plans.
  • Establish a market intelligence monitoring system to systematically collect and analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics, consumer insights, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Dynamically track department progress, organize regular review meetings, analyze variances between targets and actuals, and drive necessary adjustments.
  • Lead the development of the annual Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy and marketing calendar; oversee the creative direction for new product launches, major sales events, and brand campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental resources (Merchandising, Operations, Design, etc.) to drive end-to-end execution of major projects, ensuring high-standard implementation in stores.
  • Establish ROI (Return on Investment) evaluation models for marketing activities; lead major project debriefs to analyze efficiency and optimize future strategies, processes, and budget allocation.
  • Direct the iteration of brand strategy and lead the construction/management of the Visual Identity (VI) system; supervise brand consistency across all channels (marketing materials, online platforms, and offline stores).
  • Develop annual integrated communication plans; oversee content strategies and resource allocation across online/offline channels (including social media, PR, and advertising) to boost brand awareness and reputation.
  • Supervise visual design output and audit design assets to ensure they align with the brand's DNA and tone.
  • Lead the development and iteration of the membership system; approve major designs and optimizations for membership tiers, benefit structures, and growth models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in retail or FMCG industries, including at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Proficient in brand strategy planning and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
  • Skilled in market research, marketing campaign planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Familiar with digital marketing trends and membership/loyalty management systems.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is required.
