Responsibilities

• The Marketing Manager will be the lead in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our ophthalmic lens manufacturing business.
• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and industry publications.
• Collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to develop creative assets, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, videos, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Create compelling product messaging that highlights the benefits and technical advantages of our ophthalmic lenses.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop customer-focused marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing metrics and recommend improvements based on results.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and new business opportunities.
• Assist in developing and managing the annual marketing budget.

Requirements

• Must have optical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related fields.
• +3 years of Marketing experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment
• Optical industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
