Job Summary

Own the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns for CNM, translating academic needs into on-brand, measurable marketing programs.

  • Campaign Ownership: plan, develop, and implement integrated campaigns across digital, print, web, social, and paid media with analytics on performance.
  • Operations & Collaboration: coordinate timelines, assets, and budgets with schools, departments, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency across channels.

Job Description

  • Supports the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, web, social, and paid media channels.
  • Coordinates project timelines, deliverables, and creative assets to ensure on-time, on-brand execution.
  • Collaborates with academic schools, departments, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and translate needs into effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversees production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, ads, website updates, email campaigns, and social content.
  • Assists with media placement, vendor coordination, and budget tracking for assigned campaigns.
  • Conducts market, audience, and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Reviews and edits content for accuracy, clarity, brand standards, and accessibility compliance.
  • Uses analytics tools to track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.
  • Maintains organized project files, creative assets, and documentation for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Supports crisis communications and time-sensitive messaging efforts as directed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of directly related marketing, communications, or project management experience.
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing projects and working with creative teams.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
